How much is it going to cost me? |

In most cases, it is going to cost you absolutely nothing! We are licensed Medicare providers and accept Medicare Assignment. In other words, we have to accept the Medicare fee schedule. Medicare will pay us 80% of their allowable and your supplementary insurance or Medicaid may pay the other 20%. If you cannot afford to pay the 20%, you will have to fill out and sign a hardship form. Medicare may allow us then to waive your coinsurance.
